Just received the last cards I ordered -- and they had a thick rubber band around the cards and envelopes which crinkled the envelope pretty badly.  I can use the envelopes for when mailing something (pretend the post office did the crinkling) - but I won't be able to use them for the birthday cards they came with.  Luckily, I do mail out cards every week - so these will do.  (I did write customer service letting them know about this bad mailing process)

and these had the zazzle text on the back of the envelope which other people have been complaining about - very tacky!  Please just STOP doing this.

Thank you.  The cards are fine - it's just the envelopes that got damaged.  Plus the tacky writing on the back of the envelope.  People in these forums have been begging for this to stop since the day it started.  This is the first time I've received envelopes with this.  If it continues, I'll check at a business supply store and possibly buy blank envelopes there and stop buying envelopes with my zazzle cards.
