Hi Zazzle Team,

As the international situation escalates, don't you think it would be just the perfect timing to introduce the long awaited option to get our payments directly to our own bank accounts?
I'm pretty sure it would have more positive impact on your valued Creators' lives than changing a button color to a different shade of blue or making the profile picture round instead of square.
I know, Americans think that PayPal is a little piece of heaven, but in most of the other parts of the world, it's just an unnecessary third party with bunch of ridiculously high charges, nonsense limitations and verification requirements, and long processing times.

(No, I'm not russian.)

Unfortunately, the Zazzle management does not seem to prioritize offering alternative payment options for designers. Currently, we are restricted to receiving payments through cheque or PayPal only, leaving no flexibility for those of us who prefer modern and convenient methods like Payoneer or direct bank transfers. This lack of options is disappointing and feels out of step with the needs of a global community of creators.

Over the years sellers have complained through emails and on the community forum requesting for their earnings to be paid directly to their bank account but Zazzle turned a deaf ear to this. They need us as much as we need them so our voices must be heard. PayPal offers a service called hyper wallet in which earnings can be paid into bank accounts directly. If they are so particular about using PayPal they can integrate hyper wallet and everyone can get their money into their bank account. They are currently making some changes now on the platform, they should just add alternative payment method along with the changes they are making. Other platforms that started at the same time with Zazzle have been able to integrate alternative methods of payout other than PayPal, they all listened their sellers/designers. Zazzle team do well to add alternative payout methods aside from PayPal and checks. Thanks.

Thanks so much for the swift reply, designers are waiting earnestly for this change, we are anticipating change. We hope to hear the good news soon that alternative payout method that is convenient for all designers has been integrated. Zazzle team should not just be there to satisfy their customers only but also to cater to earnest needs of the designers. We matter so does our voice. Thanks. @Mark

PayPal Hyperwallet is a global payout system that allows businesses to send mass payments to multiple recipients through various payment methods, including:

Bank Transfers (SWIFT, IBAN, ACH, SEPA, etc.)
PayPal
Prepaid Debit Cards
Wire Transfers
Local Payment Methods

Old Business Model – Zazzle has been around since 2005 and may have built its system mainly around PayPal. They haven’t expanded payment options, unlike newer platforms.

Possible reasons:

  1. Integration Complexity – Switching to Hyperwallet requires development work and changes to their payment system.

  2. Extra Costs – Hyperwallet might have additional processing fees that Zazzle doesn’t want to cover.

  3. Limited Demand – If most Zazzle creators accept PayPal, they might not see a need for change.

  4. Tax & Compliance – Adding bank transfers would require handling tax regulations in multiple countries.

Could Zazzle Add BRICS Payments in the Future?
