Please add new products at the top of a collection

The order in which products appear in a collection has been reversed. It used to be that newly added products would appear at the top, but now they appear all the way at the bottom.
Can this be changed back please?

I rely heavily on my Collections for sales. This new development with newly added products to collections going to the bottom is a God Send.

Maybe add an action drop-down for collections with two options that creators can choose from….

I'm relieved that they are finally adding new products to the bottom of the collection! It used to be that adding new products would mess everything up, after I had my collection all arranged the way I wanted. Then I'd have to go in and send the new addition to the bottom, which didn't always work for big collections.

Just curious: why would you want to hide your new products at the bottom of a list?
I always like to showcase new products, maybe second or third after best selling items.
