From time to time I have customers who think Zazzle previews regarding invites show two pieces of paper.

This has recently raised a complaint as when the customer asked me if her invitation would be on one piece of paper or two, I, of course, said 'one'.

However, having placed her order and received them, it appears that what she meant was:

'will all the text appear on the front side'?

Which is quite different.

She mistakenly thought the back view of the image was a second sheet of paper and I hadn't realized this was what she was thinking (this might be obvious to others, but it never occurred to me) and now of course she's upset to find text on the reverse of her invite as per the 'previews'.

A small twiddle re previews (overlay text) just to say 'this is the front view' and 'this is the back view' would help negate this issue going further.

Many thanks

Didn't they preview images used to be labeled front and back, before they changed everything around? It seems like SOMETHING is missing with views lately. Even I hav ea hard time figuring out which is the front and which is the back sometimes.

Just to note: the thumbnails still have captions like they used to but now they're only visible if you click on the product image to zoom in.
