Please Provide a Way for Us to Know if an Item is in a Collection

Hi Zazzle Team,

Now that the little graphic that used to be under the product image on the product page is gone, there is no way that I can easily tell if a product is in a collection.  It doesn't really matter to me how you do it, but please provide some way for us to be able to tell if something is in a collection.  As of now, besides opening a collection to see if something is in it, there isn't a way to know that it has been added to at least 1 collection.

As things are evolving, maybe its there somewhere and I'm just missing it??  But it would be helpful to know that I did add something to a collection without going through collections the product might have been added to.

Oh wow, I see what you mean. I usually put things in only one collection. I can see that collection below the product (at least in all of the products I just checked out.) But what if I want to change that? Then I guess I have to go to the backend of the store. You're right I would like to see that little graphic return as well! Thanks for pointing this out.

I couldn't agree more! We need to be able to see quickly whether or not an item is in one of our collections. Overall I do not like the new arrow symbol we have to click on to share items on social media sties. It is an extra click just to see the social media icons as well as to add an item to a collection. Adding extra clicks to navigate a page does nothing to make a site more user-friendly. I definitely prefer the old look with the social media icons in plain view along with being able to quickly add an item to our collections!

I would appreciate some type of quick visual on both the product page and in the management area. In addition, I'd like to suggest a filter be added to the backend management area to filter by products that are in a collection. This would be especially helpful for hidden products that are in collections.

Now that the "Add to a collection" is in the tools section at the top of our product pages... (a nice addition I might add...)

Could that be turned into a "menu" type button...

What I mean is could a drop down appear when you hover over it.  The drop down would have a title like "# of collections this is in: (A number)". And under that, if needed, a list of the tiles of the collections the product is in.

Would be a nice flow... and maybe not too hard to do??  Idk.  Just thought I'd share the idea and see what happens.
