i've spent weeks trying to figure out why only a small number of my products were appearing in this profile tab. it's because this is actually a tab for saved designs.

i presumed it was like the "Products" tab in my store where all of my products are listed.

The My Products Tab and Saved Designs are two different things located in two separate places. Customers access the Products Tab to view a non-categorized list of products. They cannot see a shop’s saved designs. These are two different areas of a shop, and they serve different purposes.

I have no idea what you mean by "this profile tab" - can you be more specific about where you are not seeing things that should be there? In general, the product page (https://www.zazzle.com/store/YOUR-STORE-NAME/products) shows published designs, and the saved designs page (https://www.zazzle.com/mbr/YOUR-MEMBER-NUMBER/inprogress) shows things you've worked on but haven't published.

It takes a few days after you publish a design for it to show up publicly. Maybe that's what you're seeing?

If you're on your Members profile page, the My Products tab shows saved designs. There's a drop-down menu I've never paid any attention to before, but while the default is "All Products" what it shows is your Saved Designs. It's very confusing I think for new users.

@ColsCreations Oh wow! I never noticed that before. I guess since I only have one store I never go to the member profile page - except when I click on the saved designs thing in the panel that opens when you click on your image - so it's obvious to me that it's saved designs because that's what I clicked on:

But if you got there another way it would be confusing... but I don't actually know how to get there any other way! I wonder if that screen is designed more for customers (who don't have stores or publish designs) than it is for designers? Well anyhow, now that I know what we're talking about, I totally agree that it's confusing!

@Cat  Same. I don't use Zazzle's navigation to get around, it's too cumbersome, so I have a folder of Zazzle bookmarks on my toolbar for all the pages I regularly go to, from Earnings to My Images etc... If I was trying to get around by relying on Zazzle's provided links from this page to that I'd be pulling my hair out.
