Every day I get at least 2-3 spam messages from people offering SEO services. The majority of them include a link to fiverr.com. I have to take the time to report and block them, but more worryingly, I have seen forum messages where people are taking time to respond to these messages, and I wonder how many designers are falling for the scam which I assume will be very costly.

Could Zazzle look into a pre-block filter - like a profanity filter - where keywords from these messages such as SEO or Fiverr.com lead to the message being blocked.

The messages are often identical so someone out there is selling information to scammers on how to do this.

Hi @ClareS,

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I will pass it on to the team now.

Terrific idea!

For those who are getting these spam messages please don't engage with them. Just report or delete. It only encourages them to keep harassing the rest of us.

It seems as though some Zazzlers like playing games with their heads. I too wish they wouldn't do this. It has gotten to a point where I wish Zazzle would ban Fiverr messages. I know how to go to that site if I ever want to interact with them.

Maybe Zazzle should consider sending a nice message to the Fiverr owners asking them to remind their members that posting the way they do is considered spam and does not belong on other PODs. Afterall, I don't think Fiverr would like it if we "Zazzled them out" on the Fiverr platform so respect goes both ways.
