Please migrate our designs from the discontinued button keychain (one-sided) to both sides of the Round Aluminum Keychain?

Thanks..

Yes, otherwise I will have lots of repeat products. Some with one side, others with two sides.

Yes, this would be a HUGE help. Otherwise we have to go in and create new listings to fix it and lose our rankings

@TeslaBoyce You don't have to create a new listing, you can go to existing listing, edit, select all, copy, and paste on the second side, then "Replace Product".

Having said that, it will be an onerous task for anyone with hundreds of Button Keyring designs that have been carried over automatically. Multiply that by thousands of creators, and it will be a huge undertaking and a lot of work that we could be saved from having to do if Zazzle was to automate the process. Even giving customers an option to "repeat design on reverse side" would be a secondary solution.

Do you mean the modify design function? I don't have the ability to do that... Zazzle gave some people the ability to edit designs a while back but never finished rolling it out to the rest of the designers. 😞
Or is there another way? I don't see anywhere to "Replace Product"

@NigelSutherland  Are you saying you can replace product instead of having to list the edited product as a new listing? OMG, that is my number one suggestion, request, complaint, plea to Zazzle - please, please, please give us the ability to edit a design and save as the existing listing! Or, as Nigel says, replace the edited design.

This preserves the link and ranking. Right now, if I decide I want to tweak a design, say change the alignment slightly (or make a bigger change), after I edit the design, I have to list it as a new product, the edits aren't maintained for the existing listing. So my options are to make edits that I think improve the product but create duplicates, break links with marketing I've already done, and lose rankings or leave a design as sub-optimal. It's a difficult position to be put in.

@SeanaDG Yes. Make the changes, Click "Done", then go to "replace product". See screen shot below.

Not everyone has the ability to replace product. Zazzle started rolling out that feature to sellers a while back and never finished rolling it out to all designers. As far as I know the rollout has stopped and there's no word on when the rest of the designers will get that feature 😞

@NigelSutherland  Thanks for the explanation. I guess I wasn’t clear, I don’t have that function. Like @Tessa , it’s not available to me. I was shocked to hear some designers have it, I always heard it wasn’t available. So guess there’s hope but, Tessa, your status repeat doesn’t sound optimistic. 🙁
