Hello,

I just noticed that a Zazzle QR code is showing up on the back of my cards.  Did I miss an announcement about this? Unfortunately it messes up my logo and information I just created after Zazzle changed the attributions on the back a short while ago.

It's my understanding that the QR code will bring the customer directly to our store, which is great in some ways, but it might take away from my referrals, as I was putting my website on the back of my cards.

Would love to hear feedback from other creators.

Thanks!

Hey all,

Thanks for your feedback here. Just moving this to the Feedback forum as the content of this thread is more suited for that forum.

Thanks,

Pádraig.

I'm not going to be messing with changing existing cards all the time to match the whims of the powers that be. Here is my new back of card.

I've always enjoyed designing on the backs and insides of greeting cards and postcards and they've been good sellers, but I'm tired of the unexpected edits I can't prepare for or correct, so much as I hate to, I'm taking a hiatus from designing on anything but the front for the foreseeable future. Hopefully that will remain an area that won't require damage control anytime soon. 😑

Okay Zazzle,  I just came into this thread today and in comisseration with my fellow designers and to let you know I support them I wanted to kudo some posts but when I go to click kudos there is a red slashed circle icon that lets me know the kudos have been disabled.  WHAT?   come on now... that is super uncool, bad policy to censor honest reactions.   Why have kudos if you are going to disable them when they are not in your favor?    🙄

I guess I need to use the angry face emoji before you remove it like you did in the old forums.  😡😠

So who thought this would look good?

I might as well just stop designing cards altogether if I have to deal with you ruining the ones I have every few months.

Good grief!  Is that a flat card?

(And kudos on the post above it about the kudos issue.  I too find the setup for the feedback forum disconcerting and deliberately designed to minimize dissent.)

yes that is a flat card.   I checked and had several that way.  I am just glad I don't have hundreds of them.

Regarding the second point,  I am glad it is not just me. 😉

Well, at least it isn't located on the inside as shown in another example 😏

But wondering which flat cards you're using, the regular ones I have used so far don't have any attribution at all, on these it was apparently removed after our (legitimate) outcry.

Well I made that card back in 2018, so whatever it was then..

Oh it's a little weird. In the item area directly off My Stuff, there is a checkmark for Remove Designer/Zazzle Credit. But if you do that in this location, the Sell It button disappears. I thought "They don't allow it to be sold without it, then why the checkmark???" But then I unchecked it and then hit the newly-reappeared Sell It button, and in the Post Product For Sale sequence you can check Remove Designer/Zazzle Credit within Change Options.
