Message on Zazzle not appearing

this is still happening where i get an email but the message has been removed as spam

Can we stop the emails in this case please?

Wouldn't that be a result of your spam filter, not of something Zazzle is doing? Another thought is to take a close look at the address from which the email is sent. You may be getting bogus emails.
