T-Shirt colors vary too widely according to the styles to choose from...

For instance, I had a customer requesting one design for their cruise.  They wanted a regular t-shirt for the husband, and a v-neck for the wife.  They wanted them to be matching in the navy blue color.  Here is the example:  

They could not purchase them, because the navy blue does not match even closely.  Would it be possible to have t-shirts from one or even two manufacturers that do have various necklines?   

I know many family reunion t-shirts would also appreciate this type of look as well.  But, they're all turning to other companies that do carry a full line of styles in matching colors.
