I would like to be able to download a png and/ or a jpg from my library in the same resolution px size etc  that I uploaded it.
I wanted to use one of my png images this evening. There was no way that I could find to download the exact same image I uploaded specs wise. I suppose I could take precious time to enlarge it with software.
But trying to remove the background away from the png pretty much pushes me over the edge. It's often not too clean.
I know the helpers get to layer etc with our product components. So...it would not require Zazzle new technology. to let creators receive the same access A helper can replicate one of our images on their computer layer by layer. I would like to be able to do the same with my own work. You might say...use your back ups. Well...I have clothing bins full of externals. Think needle in haystack.

I would love this be an option for us! As I have lost some of my older images.

Thank you iDraw. It would have been a great way to start. My collection of images is completely out of control. I had researched solid state storage way back and it would have cost me wayyy to much money. The library offered by zazzle is just what I needed. On occasion I discover the loss of images though...but my alternatives were slim. I moved up to larger externals. At this point of the game, the best way for me to find something is to search my products after the media library search fails. Regardless...the ability to download large images and including the much needed png's  as I created them ...from the media library or various products would be extremely valuable. and simply fair request seeing the technology is already there. If anything, make us all "helpers" so that we can help ourselves to our own originally created media.

@Mistica could this be why we are seeing dollar store prices on out digital downloads? As a way to download the full versions of our designs for a nominal price?

I never opted in to the download digital product thing. You are putting your design at risk for pennies.
I could go on and on...but I won't.
I just want access to what is mine in the condition in which I uploaded it.
I think it is a very small thing to ask. I can't see any loss of income on their part. It's probably one line of code to change.
Last evening a friend asked me to help her with something graphic. All I needed was one of my many thousands of images that was in png format
Good God...I even went to an ai site to create a simple png image. Well....their "remove background" technology was not able to remove a background between pine needles. I lost HOURS trying to do something that would have taken me 4 minutes. I don't understand how refusing this right to my original images can benefit their bottom line.
It's bad enough that my income has been chipped away to 10% of what if was, but to withhold this simple request just baffles me.
