We have Public and Hidden. Let's also have an Archive Option.

Here's an idea. The consensus seems to be that hiding products is better than deleting them. What that means is that it is possible to build up quite a number of hidden products, and as additional "needs optimising" items are automatically added by Zazzle, can make the hidden section unwieldy.

I'd like to suggest having an option to "archive" products that one is unlikely to display for sale again, so they are always there should you change your mind in the future for any reason, leaving the hidden section uncluttered.

Great suggestion.  What I do now is actually move them to a hidden category (Named: Retired lol) and make them direct only instead of hidden (this way I don't get confused with any products that zazzle hides that need to be optimized).
