We are artist, we are not computer wizards, for what I can see most artist in zazzle are over 50, only a small percentage will be computer savvy, and zazzle keeps changing things all the time, like create a video, changing the collections, change every year or two the design tool, wants us to promote, create websites, pay for advertising in social media, give the artist a break please, just tell us what zazzle is doing for the artists like for example, where does zazzle promote the site, apart from google, and who is promoted.

‘it will be nice to know also why one of my zazzle friends was having 4,000 sales a month every month for more than 8 years constantly, and suddenly my friend doesn’t even get 800 sales a month, why the change, what has changed, zazzle algorithm or is it promoting sellers that the hierarchy in zazzle like?

I just wanted to vent sorry if I offended anyone.

William, I don't think you have offended anyone. But going from 4K down to 800 sales a month sounds a bit concerning (to me - yicks!) .

I'm fairly new to POD and I think because of that I don't mind the steep learning curve so much but I can see that my attitude will change once I understand things a bit better.

Hopefully we will all see a trend upward this year (crossing fingers here).

Thank you for your comment MOM and yes my friend is pretty disappointed, still spending money in advertising but there’s not much difference so far, my self I am not selling very much but it is nice when I get a sale maybe once a month or twice a month but I am not really pushing very much my store as I have other things to do.

you just carry on with what you are doing and do your best, that’s all you can do and when things change you just have to adapt and carry on

once again thank you for your comment 😊

I see ads for Zazzle just about every time I get on TikTok.  I've also seen them on both FB and IG.  They are advertising.

That’s great to know - thank you Krysanthe! 😀

Zazzle advertises but they could do so much better. They could highlight the unique designs, new things, and the t-shirts and the fun items that stand out. Instead its the same advertisiment about a wedding invitation over and over and over. I'm still not enganged last I checked.

Yes, to all of this. Something happened the last year that made most of our sales drop. I am one who made well over $1,000 every single month for years, only to suddenly have sales drop more than half. What happened? It's not just me, people in my Zazzle FB and YOUTUBE channel are all saying the same thing.

All the technical stuff is very overwhelming. And it also costs money to pay for sites that make good videos and cover photos. So now not only is there more work, but more expenses now too.  So, on top of our sales dropping, we now have to pay out more!

It used to be a fun hobby, now it's a full time job.

Takes alot of time for covers etc..  When you have hundreds of  products made. Yes my sales are all down to nothing. So many people are upset and sales are tanked.      Zazzle, do YOU not realize that our lost sales ARE your lost sales. You have tried to fix what was not broken.  14 years of work in my shop is all but worthless. Can someone on your end Look at the Big picture.

Same here @Will and @wheresthekarma my sales are still well below half of what I was making. I've been with zazzle a long time and the constant need to do thing other than create a shirt with a fun design is exhausting.
