Got a message from a customer today who purchased a digital download and now wants to change the text color. Is there a way for me to help her? I basically told her that I couldn't edit the download she's already purchased, and made a new version for her in the different color - I also sent her basic instructions for changing the color herself, but I'm guessing that will overwhelm her.
Is that the best way to handle this situation? Just wondering if I'm missing something.

Hi @Cat Yes customers can "edit" a previously downloaded digital version. They can go to their account and select "edit" or "download". Please ask the customer to contact us @ support@zazzle.com and we will be happy to help.

I know the customer can edit the design after purchase, my question is, is there a way they can give me access so I can assist them?
