Discovered 2 issues related to template fields on purchased downloads: 1. empty text template fields are permanently deleted and no longer available for edit on the purchased duplicate, and 2. there may be issues with PNGs not showing the newest text changes made via the personalize form. If you get customer help requests about such problems, know it is a tech issue.
