Zazzle asked in one of the informationals on these that we do not promote them just yet. They are running a small beta test where a limited number of customers are actually seeing the ability. If you were to promote the ability at this time, there is no guarantee that when the customer followed your link to the product page that it would display as downloadable to that customer.
With that in mind, it does not make sense to promote products as downloadable at this time.
