I'm sorry for the image in portuguese. I'll translate the basic points.
I'm starting to try paid marketing and Google Ads suggested me to add "Zazzle Save The Date" and other terms with Zazzle, because it would raise up the quality of my campaign and increase sells. Ok, I did it. Then a few minutes ago I received a notification telling me that I had no right to use Zazzle's name in my titles, because it was a violation of their policy since it's a trademark. They say only resellers and people who are informing about the brand can use the name and my campaign didn't fit those cases, so it was not going to be shown until I fix it.
Well, I did fix it but what are we?! Aren't we "resellers"?
So I'm paying from my own pocket to promote my tiny little store which sells THEIR PRODUCTS on THEIR MARKET and they will receive the bigger part of the profit and yet and I can't use the brand to do it?
Please, Zazzle. May I use the brand to promote us, to promote YOU?

My understanding is we can't use Zazzle's name in Adwords, Paid Ads etc. I believe in the affiliate agreement it states this. Have a look and it should clear up the confusion.

Even if the paid link goes directly to your zazzle shop and not an outside website?

Yes, because you are competing with Zazzle's own ads. This is my understanding, as noted, the details will be in the agreement.

Thanks for the advice. I’m going to check. Is it on the affiliates program? Or some other creator promoting guidelines?
I’m new to this paid search thing and I was actually promoting my own store/products, so I thought it wouldn’t be an issue as if I promoted other’s products and my code was going to be used to take part of their profit, because with my own products I already earn royalties (always).
Or are there self referrals (beyond the royalties)? I never received something like this. In this case it could make sense, at least a bit, because one can use the word Zazzle as “hashtags” but not as titles…

You may not use Zazzle's brand to generate Referral Fees. This includes, but is not limited to, bidding on any keywords containing the trademark "Zazzle" or using the trademark "Zazzle" in advertisements associated with paid search, online content networks and online display networks. If you violate this term or any other terms and conditions, your Referral Fees may be permanently withheld and your account with us may be terminated.
For future reference, you, simply Google 'Zazzle's affiliate program rules' or use Zazzle's help page to find what you're looking for.

Maybe I should unenroll from the affiliates program while I do paid marketing of my store? Or there's no difference between generating referral fees and royalties? I guess I'll talk to support, because now I'm afraid to promote my store and get banned. I want to do it the right way...

You can promote your zazzle store, you just can't use "zazzle" as a keyword in paid ads, that means you can't pay for the word "zazzle" in your ad campaigns.
