You won't go wrong when you're promoting any of these three products.
1) ceramic knobs
2) acrylic toggle switch plates
3) white travel mugs
I have found even the smallest of these three (ceramic knobs) to pick up and show off a great picture so vividly that you might not want to go back to framed art. My husband has these throughout his camper with all different pictures displayed on them and they do stand out!
HAPPY PRODUCT PROMOTING

I have found similar. I think it's the physical material. The less porous a material is, the greater the fidelity to the original image. So the ceramic knobs and mugs and acrylic toggle plates are great choices for eye popping color. The reviews for acrylic wall art imply that it also has this advantage. Glass isn't porous either but I think photos would look weird on the shot glasses or drinking glasses.

I have three acrylic wall plates. I have two different photographs of my favorite Aspen tree leaves on two and three toggle plates and one two toggle plate with my very old fractal art design. The one at the front door (three switch plate) is the most often seen by visitors and gets compliments.

Do your switch plates sit flush against the wall like normal? I've been looking at the user-submitted photos in the reviews and they all have shadowing that suggests these stick out from the wall for some reason. Like this one:
I can't imagine they'd have something on the back to make them stick out from the wall as things, including your hands, would be snagging on them, but if flush, I can't figure out why the shadows.

Hi ColsCreations,
The best way I can address your issue with them appearing to stick out from the wall is simply that they are durable acrylic so that gives the depth.
Hope this helps.

The plate is about 3/8" thick with 90˚ angled sides. It will lay flat against the wall if the switch setting (part with the toggles) inside the electric box is set further back into the box.

Those wall plates are a hot item because they do take images so well. A few days ago I sold 30 😃 with a textural photo of a metal grate I once stood on. This must be either for re-sale or some sort of industrial business but it's nice to know how dang good that metal grate photo will look.
