Hi All,
My store (https://www.zazzle.com/store/sanfrancisco?rf=238748736489762753 ) is fairly new (just opened in November’23).
I have basically no followers yet on Social Media but I do promote my items because how else will anyone find my little store? 🤷🏽♀️
If you scroll down on my store’s front page you will find my media section so this will give you an idea about my video creation style. I do use a combination of different tools to create videos but not in particular Canva - I just haven’t become friends yet with that specific creation tool. I just signed up for it recently because a friend of mine encouraged me strongly to do so and she needs some video intros done created with Canva down the road which I can do once she’s ready for her YouTube channel.
Anyhow, I’m willing to create one video per week for a Zazzler if you in exchange will promote one of my collections within your entire social media network (how big or small that might be) and follow me on Social Media (I will follow you back too).
Video length maximum limit: 60 seconds.
You email me text and images for each slice.
I can add additional video clips (as an example a screen recording) as long as your video doesn’t exceed one minute in total.
I can also add music to your video but you need to be sure you owe the rights to it of course because I cannot be responsible for your video in regards of rights to images, video footage or sound files.
Any takers? If so please reply below.
Thanks a bunch for reading that far.

Very entrepreneurial! I make my own vids but think this a great offer for others out there! I've pinned a few of your items meanwhile. Good luck with the venture!

Interesting idea. Product videos aren't really approriate for my YouTube channel or X profile (primarily religious content) but always up for following a fellow Zazzler. I'm at https://twitter.com/1whoconquers. I do occasionaly post my own Zazzle products there but they have spiritual & faith-based themes (mostly with surrealistic artwork). On Pinterest I'm https://pinterest.com/1whoconquers - boards for all my product types & collections there will give you an idea of my content. here I'm https://zazzle.com/store/biblebasics411
How are you doing video content? Primarily slideshows of products? With something like Canva? I did one to try and get some affiliates on board, here... https://youtube.com/shorts/oD8keA2lO2c

@1WhoConquersI followed you on all accounts except on Linkedin. I create primarily slideshows of products since I do not have the real products in hand. Sometimes I add additional video clips I took (if I see fit) - as an example a boat ride in a harbor (https://youtube.com/shorts/GcTSEC1rpF4?si=LBXTd4VrUswepY2B) or I add screen recordings (as an example at https://youtube.com/shorts/XPFd6D4mjbk?si=b_LY3dG3pkR3ucjk) and yesterday I tried incorporating Mark Highton Ridley's tool in my video (https://youtube.com/shorts/Vy_QhU8nnxY?si=hxs5G4EamQdabR_j) - even that worked, lol.
I have not checked out Canva's video tool yet, just recently signed up with Canva and I'm not crazy about it (yet) but maybe this will change once I'll get the hang of it.
For editing I use different video tools (but not Canva yet) and in the end I simply assemble all the pieces on my phone with Ripl - goes fairly easy.
Thanks for letting me know about the peanuts - I'm one of the people buying them on Amazon (although not for squirrels, I bought them for crows). I had no clue!
PS: I liked your video. 🙂

Thanks! I definitely have mixed feelings about Canva, too. I'm using the Android App version on an Amazon Fire tablet. I don't even own a computer anymore, or I'd be all over the REAL video editing tools available. Even then, for editing "regular" videos, there are way better apps than Canva. I've been using Canva's video capabilities almost exclusively to do animated slideshows. Mine aren't specifically product-related, but you might want to have a peek anyway just to see what animation techinques are possible WITHIN slides. Here's the playlist on my YouTube channel. These were ALL Canva-generated...

My biggest issue right now is I think I need generic "channel" vidoes not product-specific ones? My store "completeness" rating is at 95% and I think it's wanting 10 videos... apparently the 1 product video I've uploaded thus far doesn't count as one of the 10 required?

Just another thought from one entrepeneur to another... one reason to get better at Canva is to TEACH Canva... because they have a pretty decent affiliate program 😁

One annoying thing to REALLY watch out for on Canva, maybe especially if you're already invested in the paid/premium version, is that a lot of their stock artwork/sound/clips is NOT public domain, but something you have to PAY EXTRA for to the person who provided it to canva. It's the primary reason I'll always look for clips outside Canva or generate them via AI.

Yes, but it's really tedious. For each item, you have to tap the (...) menu and the pop-up will tell you, then you have to tap the (i) button for the more detailed legalese...

For what it's worth, the OFFER sounds like a great idea, but I've not seen any collection in your store that might appeal to my target audiences on X or Pinterest, which is 99% Christian/Faith-Based. I'm even shy about posting stuff from MY OWN store there when everyone is expecting prayers and Bible studies. {sigh} Feel free to suggest something if you think it might appeal? I'm a Zazzle affiliate too...

I love the videos you create for your products. They're creative yet short & to the point to highlight the product. So I wanted to take you up on this deal immediately when you first posted it. The one thing that stopped me was this
You email me text and images for each slice.
I felt like 1) deciding on my own what text & images to use and how I want them "sliced" defeats the purpose of someone more talented deciding that and 2) it would therefore also restrict your creativity to do what you want to make a good vid.
I think you could parlay this into a money-maker though, creating short vids and/or covers for people. You could sell your services individually or as a "package" (vid + a static cover image) and people could use the results on any POD they're on not just Zazzle, on their own websites, on social media ... I think a lot of people who don't have the time, talent or interest in trying to learn how to do such things themselves would def pay to be able to just send you a link to a product and get a short vid and/or "cover" for it. You could even have two pricing levels. A) trust me to do what I want and B) pay more for me to work in specific text/images you want me to use.

If you're going to offer it as a service, I highly recommend setting it up as a gig on Fiverr (I've done that for some of my own products designed for others and even custom YouTube videos). The benefits are that when you set up a "gig" the app/website gives some great tips for covering all the expectations on both sides, and then payment is via an escrow service. Clarity of terms avoids a lot of grief from misundertandings when money and expectation of payment is involved. Fiver takes a 20% commission but it's worth it.

Thanks for the tip @1WhoConquers, I’ll check them out. Never looked at their site.
