Social media share link for Facebook not showing photo

I've noticed over the last week that sharing an item to Facebook through Zazzle no longer shows the image.  Instead it shows a generic link (see image below).  As a result I haven't been sharing on Facebook because it doesn't draw customers in.  Is this a Zazzle technical glitch or do I need to change something in my settings?  Note that it's been working fine for months.  This is a change in the last few days.  Thanks so much!

I have been trying to find out why this is going on. When it does work you can only post to your personal page and not groups which is not good for me either. Anyway what I figure is that it all started with FB adding new ways to do things on FB. I first noticed the F in upper left corner looked different but it still worked. Then everything went south for sharing. I can not share from my website or with the ShareThis app I have to FB . It is probably going to be awhile until FB is done whatever they are doing and allowing the Z tech team to put things back to the proper ways of sharing. I really miss it 😞    I was looking for a way to message FB but they do not allow direct contact easily. Please Zazzle make this a number one red flag issue to be fixed. Thanks in advance!
