Facebook Posts not Working

When I try to post from item to facebook no images or information is showing up to share. I can share from a separate app but not the button on the Zazzle page. Do not ask for link to item not working. None of them are working in any of my shops.  

Yesterday it started so I cleared cache. Today after updating browsers and Windows it is still happening.

When I click on image to post a box comes up asking to see all - I have been hitting no thanks but tried ok and it still does not work. Seems like the addition of this strange box is the problem. What is it even for?

It is now going on two months still down. Has anyone fixed it and I don't know how to? I added this to a different page 

UPDATE:  Posting to FB is still not working and sales took a huge decline. I wish they would take this seriously because it is a big change for those of us who have a limited amount of time I have spotty internet connection so time is super important.  My biggest problem now is getting posts to anyone of five stores I have on FB and to the selling groups. There is a work around but it takes way too much time. PLEASE ZAZZLE TECHS we need to be able to post direct to FB. You made it possible and told us to do this and now it has been taken away. I spent way too much time to be loosing money now because of a simple glitch. It seems like the time spent on all the new products, collections, wedding suites is for naught if we followed your instructions and used FB as one of out main networks to advertise. I was suspended from X aka twitter because I was posting everything there and not taking advantage of the dozens of places I have to post to on FB.  Sorry I am venting but this is getting to be a very old problem that other places have seemed to fixed. 

** The links sent in emails of newly mad products works from the email but not on the site. This should give the technicians an idea of what works and does not work. Right now I don't care if the referral code does not work. I am not sure if it is added with the email but just being able to post is what is needed. 

Is there anything being done and when can we expect it to be completed. If anyone thinks this should be asked in a different forum please share.

Same issue with the images not loading in the post. I have had to upload or screenshot images.

Everyone in the same boat, links wont show pictures, we have to manually upload pictures if we want any attention to our shared links on FB

It is 1:28 AM here and it is still not working. When I click on the link it brings up a box to enter information but nothing is filled in. It also has my personal page on FB come up but you can not list to a group. Well, you can't post anything the way it comes up. Bummer, I guess it is going to be like this all weekend and we will be lucky to get help before middle of week. X works, unfortunately I no longer use it.  Have a nice weekend anyone reading this. I do hope the tech support is reading it.

What I could find out is that it is on Facebooks end. I noticed a different F logo on the site the past week or so. When I tried to post using ShareThis  the same thing is happening.   I hope Zazzle tech is working over the weekend.

It is on Facebook's end so don't see how Zazzle techs could do anything about it. I tried sharing from a couple of different websites and regardless of whether the image appeared in the initial share pop-up or not (sometimes it did, sometimes it didn't), once clicking the Share button in the share pop-up, the results were always the same:

I am still having problems and believe it is going to be a problem on both sides FB and Z. I am able to share from my website page www.leatherwooddesign.com and the picture shows up but the drop down does not allow me to share to anywhere other than my own feed. I thought there might be a way to adjust how FB accepts your posts on FB but they do not have an option to set your groups as a possible place to share. You can pick your audience like 'friends' 'family' and there are other choices but I have no idea where most of them go. I have artists - designs - animals and others that are marked as custom lists but I do not know where these lists are. Just curious is anyone experiencing low sales since this is going on?  I sure am.  Oh well just one more hurdle this is a crappy year for sites - If your on Society6 or Cafepress it is all the same new set ups.  Bad, bad internet.  I am saying that to my cat and she is looking at me like I am nuts.  Good Luck all.

I figured out how to make a list on FB but it does not allow to add groups only individuals

i agree its Facebook as i tried to share from my blogs and the same thing occurred.  i promote other designers products on facebook and sharing a direct link or doing a screenshot is not an option.  i sure hope this glitch gets fixed soon

I found today that the emails sent to me by Zazzle for items just made have the icons for sharing alongside each item. I tried the Facebook icon and the image shows up like it used to but still not able to choose the dropdown to add to specific group. Oh well it worked really nice for a year or so.

I think you must be using the Zazzle link provided for Facebook. I do not use that, I just copy the link and paste that into the Facebook post. The way I do it is not working either. Sounds like both methods are broken.

same issue here last couple of days. the share to fb doesnt work for loading images any more

I've found that it works if you just use the url without the associate id etc. Not Ideal, I know...

When I manually post the link to Facebook the image does not generate. When I use the buttons from Z to share to Facebook the image does not generate.

I think it's to do with the associate id. I tried making a post directly on facebook. When I removed my id, the image showed up.

Interesting. I find the same. Removal of associate ID allows my posts to show properly.

I'm having the same problem too. If we post a link without our associate number won't that mean we wont get our referral fee?

You asked 'What Next' -  No posting to Pinterest all day. It has been a lousy couple of weeks and I blame it all on the sharing and promoting I have not been able to do. Pinterest from Zazzle does not work using any method. I did not try direct on Pinterest but all apps and even from my webpage it does not work. Must be the referral link as someone mentioned before.  

UPDATE:  I tried posting to Pinterest and even though you do not see your item when trying to post I thought I would just try a blank one and check out what it looks like on Pinterest. The photo shows up, Yeah no blank posts.  I missed the entire day of sharing because I figured they were not going thru.

This is the way that I just shared one of my products.  Open up the product in it's own tab.  Copy the URL, next, paste the URL first to see if I got a picture.  Then I saw the image appear and then posted my text, like #Zazzlemade and gave it a title.  I hit post and it didn't take away the image.  Then I refreshed the FB page and it still didn't take the image away.  So, the copy/paste URL link may need to be your best bet to post for now.  Idk what's going on, but it could be a work around.  For anyone not in the promoter program, just add your extra ?rf= and optional &tc.  But, you don't need anything if you're in the promoter program.  The URL is the same link you were pulling from Zazzle.

I can share the products of other Zazzle members but not mine.  Wonder if that helps finding out what the problem is.  I had been getting steady sales for at least a year.  Now I haven't received even one since the beginning of the month.  Very discouraging!
