I have a version of this with my own details, but have created a generic version for other Creators to use (if they wish) to respond to chat messages in regards to things they cannot assist with. It reminds customers to choose the option that proves helpful.

Thanks so much! I think this is such a great idea. I came up with my own version... hemming and hawing over the text a bazillion times! When you send this out, do you add it to a message, or do you send the image instead of a written message?
Here's what I came up with.

I was wondering the same thing. ➡️ "When you send this out, do you add it to a message, or do you send the image instead of a written message?"

I do both, I send as a standalone message on some occasions, or I 'say "you've come through to me by mistake you need to contact customer services' then I attach the image. This image is confirmation of what I am saying. But really, the image alone works just as well.

Hey guys, I redesigned mine slightly to make it a bit smaller and clearer, and something interesting happened - Zazzle stopped putting watermarks on it when I include it in a message (yes, I've already used it twice!) Anyhow, I'm not sure what the cut-off size is for watermarks, but the above one is apparently over it and this one is under it. Just thought that might be helpful to someone.

What a great idea! I also have had many customers asking me to help them with their orders that should have been addressed to customer care. I have found that they appreciate having CUSTOMER CARE'S phone number. I hope this will help. Thanks again!
