 I have two questions I'd like to ask and would appreciate your assistance.

1) i am not able to see products when i click on eligible or enable as showing no result found kindly i request you please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Below is the screen short for your reference please check.

2) i am receiving views but not yet sale single any product may i know the reason and if my store has any issue not  eligible to sale all my products please let us know so i can improve and which area need to improve? i request please let me know, below is the screen short for your reference, not yet sold single product

Instant download is only an option for some greetings cards, postcards and posters. NOT clothing!

Views means that people have looked at your products. Some views could be from yourself even. No one who has viewed has wanted to buy yet. That's quite normal. You have to be patient. At least you're getting some views.

i have another question can you please tell me  that how is my store looks for everything and where i need to improve?

Accurately describe each product - what it displays, who it might be suited for etc. Nothing too generic. Also add 10 appropriate tags. Nothing too vague. Items that buyers can personalise to suit their own requirements are useful. Niche products that are relatively unique in the marketplace stand more chance of being found.
