Getting Ideas to get my products seen...

Hello all.  How do I get my products into the search engine's algorithm so customers can see them? Is there a way to increase the tags section? Currently, I am only able to add ten tag descriptions. Is there a way to tweak and add more tags? I am also going to be placing my images on popular and more wallet-friendly items.  Everyone has been so helpful. Please anything else I can do?

Each of the 10 tags can contain 5 words. Are you taking advantage of that? They can be phrases or simply five descriptive words. Add a comma after each group of five words, so each group of words count as one of the 10 SEO slots.

On this product, you have tags BLUE and DRESS. Maybe you can think of some concepts which describe the product better than BLUE and better than DRESS. If so, you can change those tags and maybe someone looking for an iPhone cover like this one will be able to find it.
