I was having the same problem and Windy's directions helped me but what I did not know was that after you follow those directions "to the t", it APPEARS that there is still a problem with the upload of the image. Another zazzler (or maybe it was Windy in another reply) said to ignore the message that appears in red telling you that there is a problem (or whatever it says) and hit reply a second time. In other words, ignore it. Sure enough, that is what finally got my images to stick.
