Thank you, @CreativeLeahG! I suspect it has to do with the fact that the link was taken from the .com domain in Spanish, which is my language and the one I am most comfortable with, although I have observed that it can cause multiple problems. Now I discover that this is one more. Thanks, I will try to do it agai

Note: When adding the collection code (on share collection, tap the link icon to select the html code for the collection) if you tap the 3 dots in the icon tab in the comment you can add the HTML code. If you change the image size from 426.jpg ( I think it is) to 826.jpg you'll get the larger images like I have.

OK. I'm a little confused by the jpg types/sizes? I'm going to go hit the button and see if I can figure out what you mean. If it's a single product, is the process the same?

Yes, BUT they don't have the 'link' icon when selecting the share icon for single products, so share the collection if you are able. I use this FREE tool to get the codes for single items: https://pencilplusdesign.com/zazzleaffiliatehelper/   If you go to advanced settings in this tool, you can add your store name, affiliate ID and the size you want. Select the product and then select the html code. You then just paste it into the 'html' option (via those 3 dots in comments here). No need to resize with that code. I'd set the image size using this tool at 600px.
