I created a few products and they showed in the product tab of my store but now once I've created some more about 5 days ago and they still don't show up on my product page the only way to publicly view is to go directly into the collection. Hi, newbie here. With a store name of Old Lady Biz Store, it's important for my Old Lady Humor products to feature seniors (instead of the youngins'). 😂 So, I used Placeit and uploaded senior models for the specific products and designated the image as the Primary. My problem is when you go to my store's Home Page, it still shows the younger model mockup. But it looks like it's only happening on one of the products. When you click on it, it brings up the senior model, but how do I get the senior model mockup to replace the image on my home page? Here's a link to an example. Look at the Collections and the images under Old Lady Humor. It used to take a day for a product to be moved from one category in my store backend to a second category. But today I'm finding it moves instantly! I don't know what Zazzle did to make this happen, but I'm so glad! Keep it up!

Normally Zazzle doesn't let us reupload these RealView images, it will come up with an ambiguous error. However, I have a legitiate use case, which is, using the images as the cover photo on my store categories. I found a way past the blocking of the upload. In your PC, right click the image file and click Properties. Then, go to the Details tab. Then, delete all text in the Comment section. Click Apply and OK. The file will now successfully upload.

So because of all the changes, I would like to adjust my royalty rates. However, the royalty calculator has disappeared. So it's impossible to find what would be a good rate. A new tactic from Zazzle to just put everything at 10% or am I being too suspicious here?

Hi everyone. Is this the best app to create a store if you expect to have customers from all over the world? I keep reading that while Zazzle is located worldwide, customers should only shop from the storefront in their region. I'm just trying to determine how that would work if (for example) a band or author wanted to use Zazzle to create things with their logo, and they had fans from all over wanting to buy it (not just in that country).
