Cant get department to change.

I am trying to make use of collections properly and filling in some blanks on the RealView images.

I have made an RSVP using the RSVP flat card and closed the department as Weddings > Invitations & Stationery > RSVP Cards, but it wont show up on the collections and keeps reverting back to Invitations & Stationery > Invitations & Announcements > RSVP Cards

Am I doing something wrong?

My first thought is it might be an indexing issue and you just have to wait a few hours. Last week, something similar happened when I changed a collection from Cross-Sell to Similar Theme in order to add a few items from one of my other shops. When I looked at the collection details, it showed the change, but not on the Add to Collection menu. I ended up leaving it overnight, and in the morning, the collection had changed properly and I added the products easily.
