Zazzle or something keeps on hiding products

They are not under optimisation needed. Not sure why it is happening. Should I be worried?

Check your email for a message from content control. That happened to me and it turned out that Zazzle was having trouble reproducing the dark navy blue color and it was printing black. Don't know if it's a new problem, like they've changed the printing process or something, or if they're just now reaching out to designers about such issues - because it was a design that had sold many times.

Anyhow, I'm now in the process of updating hundreds of products that used that color - re-making covers etc. Oy! I'm glad they're flagging issues like that because I'd rather go through the hassle of changing the design than have unhappy customers and sales going pink, but it's still a pain to deal with.

So maybe it's something like that?

I meant "content management" not "content control" - couldn't remember what it was called!

Thanks for your reply. I haven't had any email and one of the products is just a grey on white sticker. I have again unhidden them to see what happens.  These are 3 of the latest to be hidden (currently public again)

I’m wondering if your dark navy color was an out-of-gamut color (these are colors that don’t print well). Photoshop and illustrator users get an out-of-gamut color warning if they choose one of those colors.
