Categories Not Changing

Hello. I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed, but is there a turnaround time for categories refreshing? I have been moving products around the last couple of days, but they don't seem to be showing up in the designated categories and/or are still in the old location. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Pretty safe bet that your changes have just not been indexed yet, seems to take quite a bit more time, has been slower for awhile. Maybe a moderator can give you more specific info.

I am also in that land of limbo. I have been on Zazzle for 3 years, and it has never improved with updating categories. Maybe one day I'll get a surprise!

I just created a few categories and tried to move each product to the new categories but all of them are still under the old category, have not updated at all! It's so frustrating as I am trying to do some house keeping in my store. Is there a timeline for things to move? Like wait minimum a day? Any other alternative that helps organizing? Thanks

omg SAME!!! It's frustrating and a weird bottleneck in my process. Looking forward to a resolution!

I am still waiting for items to move to their new categories. I was waiting on the 3rd and still no joy. When I check the listing details the new categories are shown, but they are still sitting in the old categories. Surely it shouldn't take a week?

It should be in "Pre Wedding Stationery > Rehearsal > Floral / Rustic / Boho"

Sorry for the delay with this one. I have checked on the example product above and it looks like it has indexed correctly now.

I took three random examples from your store and they all seem to be indexed in their correct categories as well.

Thank you for your example. 

I have taken a look at the product and it is showing as the first product under Stationery > Stamps.

I THINK I am having a similar problem.  In trying to clean up and organize my store, I want to remove some of my sub-categories from their "main" category.  Went into the sub categories and clicked "set store category" and chose as the category the main category, followed by (trying) to eliminate the sub-category.  Nothing changed.  It has only been since last evening, so maybe it will happen in time?  Or am I doing this all wrong (the way I am trying to get rid of the sub-categories so I can start afresh)?  Sorry IF this is not relevant to the original posting.
