Categories not showing, Changes in store management

Hi, I have a question regarding changes in store settings. I have made some adjustments, but they are not showing on my zazzle public storefront. I set up featured products, but I see those that have been there before changes. I waited 2 weeks, nothig is changing in my public storefront. I also created more categories that do not show publicly. How long does it usually take to see changes we make in our stores?

The featured products tools do not work any longer.

If your categories have icons for them and they do not show publicly after 2 weeks, perhaps the index has stopped. 

Look on the Technical Support forum to see if others are having issues.

if the featured products no longer work why they did not remove ”add to featured products” action? 
thank you for clarifying, but I just wonder.
