Moving products within a category help

If I created say phone cases in a category before clothing as an example

Now I want to move the clothing to the front of the category. But I cannot find the way to do this now.

I am moving this to store management as this is not the correct forum for such an inquiry. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to rearrange products in a category in this fashion.
