I've been with Zazzle since 2007. The very beginning. I was recruited by Z staff to come over from Cafepress. I go to login today and it had me reset my password. I reset the password and it's a NEW account. My store, my 1000's of products all gone. What is going on!? No emails. No notice.

Hi Jon,just went to you store, everything is definitely gone. Questions to get a better take on the situation, Did you possibly enter your password more than once incorrectly, maybe accidentally used a password from another account/site, that could trigger the reset password response. Do you have more than one user name and password (maybe an old one) that came up when you logged in? As to why it became a new account, that makes no sense.More details about what happened when you tried to login would help. This sounds like an issue for Zazzle tech, when you are finally able to contact them, after the holiday. Hope you get it resolved quickly.
You probably have already done this but after what happened, stress messes with you, Take a screenshot of the new account, write down the new user name/email and password, also write down the old user name/email and password. Only other thing I can think of is to sign out,clear history, cookies, prefs, close your browser, restart your computer, and try to login again, long shot at best, but you might get lucky!

I just got hacked and Zazzle has not even done one thing yet to fix it. I can't sign in, the store name and header are all different. I'm sure my PayPal email is too. I'm so irritated right now! Zazzle needs to jump a bit faster in these situations, also I hope they don't get what they ordered. All I could do on my end was get a new credit card. My designs are still up but this clown will get the sale money. If Zazzle is reading this get on your game better and faster. Also, don't make our private info so public, xxx it out in places!

It's difficult when someone tries to take over your work. Especially if you can't login and have lost control of your account.
I'm wondering though how you are able to still sign into this community forum since it's usually the same login info for both our account and this forum.
I would contact Zazzle directly, because they may not see your post here for a while and it's an urgent matter.
It's availability comes and goes but the Chat for Zazzle is here and you get to chat with a real person not a bot.

I have more than one store, so I did contact Zazzle a few times both by email and calls. They sent all the info to their content team. But still, nothing is new, this happened on the 9th of September. Now tomorrow is payday and I'm sure they changed the pp email so I'm out of my payment along with access to my shop. It better resolve soon or I'm going to go even more nuts than I am.

I'm not sure when the mods will be back in to the forums, I'm sorry to hear this has happened. @Scott I tagged a pretty frequent mod, the should email you when they can to try and figure out what happened.

Is it possible that you tried to log in with a different service to the one you used originally? Like if you hit the Google option when you had it set to Facebook, it'd see that as a new account. I know when they first added the Google login, it was easy to click by mistake, and people ended up with a new fresh account (the old one was also still there under the old login).

But in this case, the old store is no longer available when you click the link.

I'm not saying it was definitely the case, just that it's a possible option (and it wouldn't be the first time that someone had multiple store links and confused them). All we can suggest is the things that don't need a moderator to fix. If none of them turn out to be what's happened, only support can sort it.

I'm sorry to hear this happened to you. 😨 I've been with Zazzle since 2008 so I know how much work that's taken.
You might try putting this in the Technical Issues section or using the Chat option to get help for this issue.
I wonder if you've been hacked and someone has taken over your account. Does it give you the option to reset your password?
