opening my store

I am having trouble opening my store for shoppers in our club to view and purchase.  I have worked on customizing and loading the items all summer - I am repeatedly on hold on the help desk.  I am very frustrated.

I can get to this page just fine: https://www.zazzle.com/store/lemongrovegear

However, if I go to your products page I get a 404 error...  Curious, when you created your products, did you set the to Direct Only or Hidden?

If you recently went through and made your products public, it may take a day to a few days before they actually show up in your public store front.  This is due to indexing at this site.

If your products are set to hidden or DO you can change that by going to your products page > under product image. actions > Edit details > Additional Information > Tick "Public (everyone can see it)" > tick "I have the right ...." > click done.  It may take a day or more for that product to show up publicly.  (This can also be done from the products product page itself, start with Edit Details)

Hope that helps....

I can see your store front ok but empty of products.

You said you have created products - what date did you post them for sale and did you use Quick Create? - there's about a three week delay for items using Quick Create to be published to the marketplace.

Can you make sure they are set to public? - select a product - actions dropdown - edit details
- additional information - public (everyone can see it) - toggle to blue (on)

There is a delay in indexing for new products to hit your stores so depending when you made them, depends when they'll land.

I did not want to open the store to the public initially - but, OK, I changed it from Direct only to Public a few weeks ago just so I can open the store after all these months to our members.  They are very frustrated with me.

Still encountering many issues - I am unable to speak with anyone personally at a supervisor or creative level.  Zazzle offers service people but none of them (I have spoken to over 10 of them now) seem to be able to answer questions or assist or specialize in those of us opening a store on Zazzle.  They put me on hold to check with someone higher but none of the folks at that level seem to have a phone and are unable to speak with me directly.  Is there a forum for people opening stores for club merchandise?

I recently learned that I had to "lock" all the logos on every item (wish someone had told me that two months ago)  I went back and did this as instructed, but now none of them are visible in my store.

LG - it looks as if you are making progress.

I can see 3 products/no collections in your store ... no 404 error.

I don't know why you HAVE to lock the logos. It is a good idea, so that it is not replaced or moved accidentally.

Changing from DIRECT to PUBLIC - okay, the indexing is slow (reason you can not see the items you changed for a while).

If you have a PRODUCT set to Direct Only, the buyer must enter the store through a link, they can't go to Zazzle.com / select your store / then see the DIRECT ONLY product.

I currently have a club store that has Public products in a Public store. As with your logo products, mine have a specific logo that would probably not attract non-members, so that should not pose too much of a problem. I do place all of my products into a Public Collection so I can print it out for a handout. Using a QR Code on the hand-out is possibly a good idea - I have done that prior to the new Zazzle QR Code (haven't tried this yet).

Good Luck!
