Replace Tool

I still have no access to the Replace feature in my store. When will this feature be available to all creators? Thanks.

Have you tried first Editing a design, then exiting the design tool. 
For me, the "Replace" option appears after a change was made in the design tool. Otherwise I don't think / haven't noticed another visible cue that I'm able to do it.

Thanks for your response. I’ve tried that already. I definitely don’t have access to the Replace feature.

the same here🤔 tried to modify already published design by editing with design tool. after exiting design tool I see only two options- edit and sell.

It’s frustrating, since the majority of forum members that they have access to the replace tool.

It' s very frustrating. 😟  I want to replace my best selling designs because of Blooming Elegant swashes.

They saw it, I just got an email from zazzle saying I was granted product edit access. They want it only be used on products that have had sales, for products with no sales they prefer that you just make a new product.

I have not received an email from Zazzle. I just tried it again on a product that has had sales, and I definitely don't have access to the Replace feature.

I just received an email from Zazzle asking me if I will accept one of the replies I've received in this thread as a solution. However, this issue is not resolved for me. I still don't have access to the new Replace feature. Thanks!

I received an email from Zazzle Support on August 26, 2022 that said in part ...

Unfortunately this is a feature being tested by a few select Creators and we cannot provide access for it at this time. However, should the tool become usable by the Creator community as a whole, it will be announced on the community forums.

I too would like to have access to this tool. Most of my greeting cards are messed up because of the font changes and I just can't sell them like that, but editing the design and posting that for sale loses all of my states for the product.

I've read some who were trying it out say they didn't like it. But I hope enough of them do that we will all have access to it.

I just tried it on a mug that got messed up and I got an email back from zazzle saying my revision cannot be approved because the product is in someone's shopping cart. Huh? Zazzle can sell a product even if we delete the image that's on it but they can't sell a revised product if it's already in someone's cart? It can be in someone's cart for who knows how long. I'm not impressed at all with this replace feature, why can't they do it they way other PODs do?

Has anyone had any luck getting this added to their store? I would love to be able to go back and just make a simple edit like activating template objects on my earlier invites to make it easier for customers to edit.

You can't add templates that weren't already there with the replace feature anyway.  And if the item has had no sales, they ask you not to use the replace feature on it at all and just remake the item in question.  Basically you can fix a typo or update the image on it as long as it is the same image, like moving it around or resizing it or uploading a better quality one.  It can be handy but it is also not the fix all that many would hope.

Sorry I maybe explained that incorrectly. Add the feature where you say make this text a template and they can edit without going into design mode…. The invite design wouldn’t be touched.

Yes, I understood what you meant.  Those that have the replace feature were given a list of dos and don'ts and you can not go in and make an object a template.  I am not sure why that is off of the table, but it is.  

So for example, if you didn't make the words "baby shower" (that is already on the design in fixed text) a text template previously, but would like to change that and toggle it on so it can be changed on the product page, that is on the list of things you can not edit with the replace feature.

It fairly limited on what you are allowed to fix.
