Hello, in this page I can see the following options
https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-gb/articles/219431407-The-Zazzle-Maturity-Ratings-System
G   PG-13  R

But when I try to customize a product to sell it I find these options
U   PG   15

Can you please clarify?

Thank you

@francesco  Maybe those are the common age restrictions for your country? I’m just guessing here, I hope someone from Zazzle will clarify. On a site note: don’t create to many of age restricted items because the majority of browsing Zazzle visitors will never see your listings - you are just wasting your time and effort. I have learned that from experience.

Thank you for your response.

However, my goal is the opposite—I don't want to create a restricted item. It's a generic product, but there's a risk of selecting the wrong option.

This is what I currently see:

Which option should I choose to make it available to everyone?

@francesco Oh, I see now you are in the UK. Pick U, I’m pretty sure now that’s what you needed and wanted.

That's so weird. I was so confused this morning because I swear your screenshot of what you can see showed G, PG13 and R. I even clicked on it to look at the image larger. Now on my phone it clearly shows U, PG and 15. I guess my eyes were playing tricks on me this morning but I would definitely check U.

A search on google for audience rating:

The audience rating system for movies includes U, PG, and 15, which indicate the age range for which the movie is suitable:

  • U: Suitable for all ages, but may contain mild violence or threats

  •
  • PG: Suitable for general viewing, but may contain some material that may be unsuitable for younger children

  •
  • 15: Suitable for ages 15 and up, and may contain strong violence that doesn't dwell on the infliction of pain or injury

Are you in the UK? Google tells me that U rating is Universal there, equivalent to a G in the US and what you should choose. I've never seen it on Zazzle but I guess it shows different things in different global domains.
