Hello !! This is my very 1st time in here! I have been working on getting products created and collections established so that I can launch my new store ~ so excited! I have been trying hard to figure some technical issues out on my own... but just need help! So I've noticed that some Wedding invitations are offered in 2 color scheme options... HOW do I get that set up? I have created an original wedding collection with one color combination, and then did all the same items with a new color combination. I have a main name for the whole collection idea and then figured out 2 names to differentiate between the 2 combinations. I've made sure to use the identifying color name in the perspective item titles... don't know if I make a group for each color combo (and how do I do that?) and then put all the items in the one "parent" collection? Just really confused on how to get it set up so that when a customer clicks on 1 of the invitations, they will have both color scheme options ! THANK YOU SO MUCH in advance for helping!!!

The color grouping is automatic, if the only difference is the color the system should pick it up and group them without you doing anything. Give it a few days and if they don't group but you think they should, directions in below link how to request it.

Grouping is cool but known to be glitchy with periods of time where it seems to stop grouping anything even with manual requests. So patience is required. 😉

oh THANK YOU so much!! I just wasn't sure if I was supposed to be doing something on my end to set it up... Do you know how I could get a coach to help with me with tweaks and tricky things... like why the bridesmaid shirt I made keeps showing up in the "denim jacket" slot in my wedding collection 🙄 or how to make a set of cards to sell together with a different image on each... or how I would get the mockups I'm hoping to make with PlaceIt to into my listings etc... I'm doing great with the creating aspect... but this tech stuff is intimidating😬

I think your t-shirt is showing up in the Jean Jacket slot in your collection because you have it categorized under "Weddings>Gifts>Wedding Party Gifts". I didn't see a slot for t-shirts in the cross sell wedding collection. I would make a separate collection with the "Event, Occasion, or Moment" set to Bachelorette Party and choose "Cross Sell" for the type. Categorize your t-shirts under: Clothing & Shoes > Women's Fashion > Clothing > Tops & T-Shirts > Women's T-Shirts

The best coaching I've ever found is the PDA. It's expensive, but they offer cheaper beginner courses to help you get set up properly and start making sales fast. In fact, they are going to be running a FREE Masterclass starting next week. https://clarkecoursesin.samcart.com/referral/d5zaUoob/Xu7UnvOLEJEk1tXg (this is a referral link, but I can send you a direct link if you would prefer that.)
