Update design without posting a whole new one

Im sure this was an option not long back, it took some time to be reviewed. Am I missing this now as it will come in handy for adjusting a couple of things without making major changes.

Unfortunately, it's not possible.  You can change the details such as description, title, tags but not the design.

I believe it was an A/B test. Only some people had access, but if I recall correctly, it was disabled for them after a while too.

You can do minor changes like mentioned above but if you need to change photo, then you have to create a new one.

There is a but with iPhone OtterBox cases when updating. I have some old phone cases that are discontinued that I'm converting to the iPhone 13, but you can only see the merchandising option so you have to go into the edit details twice. After changing the option, you have to click ok, and then go back to edit options in order to change the department or make any other changes. Would be nice if they can fix this to save a LOT of Time.  Also, vertical iPhone 13 Otterbox Cases don't automatically give you the iPhone 13 department. You have to manually choose the department by going through each selection which is time consuming.

Yes, it would be nice, it seems many other POD sites allow it.

I came here to ask the same exact Q. I redid about a dozen of mine yesterday, I don't mind the time it took, some were quick, but it messed up the number of sold and viewed on the old ones I had to delete. Maybe one day it will be possible.

It was tested and hopefully will be implemented for everyone soon. I would really love it. I have old designs that sell well but could use a refresh or some fixes, even to minor things like the order of the text fields or was made when Zazzle design tool had barely any features so we had to improvise (like letter spacing lol) and I would love to bring them up to date and clean them up, but I wouldn't dare delete them to replace them with a new version and lose their sales and the outside links that have helped market them so well.

Being able to update an image on posted products is something many of us have wanted for a long time

Only a few select designers got that feature. I wasn’t one of them. I’ve been begging for it for years!

I wish we had this option as well.  I've been gone for a bit and I just found a "bar code box" was put on all the postcards in the bottom right corner.  I've always put my store's website in that spot and the bar code is right on top of it now.  I guess I'm going to have edit all the pages of postcards, remove my website from that spot, post as brand new and delete the old ones.   I'll lose all their sales and outside links to them.  I'd rather be creating.

I currently have the ability to replace a design with updates to it, but I've decided to cease and desist until they get the wrinkles worked out. Just today, I deleted a mug and remade it as a new product because the text template was somehow disabled by Zazzle even though I did it correctly. Others are complaining of the same thing. I've another mug that is still under review, and I fully expect it to also be flawed, having to be deleted and made as a new product. Be careful what you wish for.

I wish I have this option, it's real pain in the store.

I really don't understand why this option isn't implemented. It would save us all a lot of time and effort!

I've really been wanting this option, like forever!
