15x20 tissue paper size

I am having to go back on all of my tissue paper designs and click on the 15x20 and edit design and click on fill. I don't know how or why this has happened. I have 1300 listings. This has got to be a glitch. I check all of them when I do a listing to make sure they are all set to the right size. I am desperate to find a solution for this. Thank you for any help.

Any one that can help with this. I have looked at some others 15x20 designs and theirs are the same way. When you click on that size you can see it isn't filled past the green lines. This shouldn't be an issue.

I looked at a number of your tissue papers this morning and they all showed white space when switching to 15x20 and sometimes other sizes too. The design tool view shows the images not extending to the borders.

I checked all of my tissue papers (I only have maybe six) and none of them exhibited this issue.

If you're sure that your images were sized to go past the bleed line no matter which ratio paper they chose, then it's possible the bleed lines shifted and now images that were close before now fall short?

I check each size before I hit sell and follow through with the rest of the process and hit post it. I have no clue what is happening.

I have looked at several others that do the tissue papers and checked their 15x20's and theirs are the same way. I haven't reached out to them yet because I was trying to find a fix for this. How can they be set and then show up with the white borders.

I have actually went in and corrected and gone back with them reverted back to the white border.

I don't want to have to correct 1300 designs and have to relist them because then I have lost all of my traction and it will be like it is a new listing. I have worked so to make sure I did everything right.

IN your statement  "If you're sure that your images were sized to go past the bleed line no matter which ratio paper they chose, then it's possible the bleed lines shifted and now images that were close before now fall short?" Why would this happen to all of them? I know they were correct when I listed.

Thank you very much for taking the time look and try to help me.

FIRST I want to let everyone know all of my designs fit past the red lines in the design space. After I hit post it and check them and they are fine. NOW they are all showing white borders. This should not be happening. YES they were past the bleed lines on all of the different sized papers.

I chatted with someone this morning and they said it was the size of design. No it isn't, how can it fit and be ok and no white borders then all of a sudden change and have white borders. I wasn't have issues with the 17x23 until just the past week and now they are showing up with white borders.

I have gone back and corrected and filled all the 15x20 designs in about 12 collections. I checked them afterwards and then I started looking and there are the white borders.

I am so frustrated. This shouldn't be happening. I have looked at a couple of other peoples and theirs is the same way.

Thank you so much...

Here is one that I have fixed. https://www.zazzle.com/z/45s1r4wt?rf=238834920374228625

If it is correct now why or how is it reverting back and showing white borders.

This is another lady who does tissue paper. https://www.zazzle.com/bride_of_frankenstein_decoupage_tissue_paper-256122918469933768

I have 1300 designs and like I said I already spent hours going in and redoing all in 12 collections of the 15x20 and when I did fill the 15x20 that would automatically fix the 17x23.

I am chasing my tail with no idea of what to do.

@Rena

I do know tissue paper images don't resize with the size of the tissue paper - so what you get on the smallest size is what you get on the largest (plus white space)

Options to get around this for the future - add a background color that coordinates/contrasts with the artwork or tile your image so if on the off chance, another size is chosen - at least they won't see the white space.

When I'm designing tissue paper - I normally check what it looks like on all sizes before I post for sale as the largest normally spits out the warning that there's issues with tissue (eg - image too small) but then again, 9 times out of 10 I mostly tile anyway

Ideally - there should be a 'this size only' option in the product merchandising but there isn't

When I first started I checked each size an they fit perfectly to the edges with no white borders. Zazzle says they print to the edges of the paper and this is what my customers expect. I had one to contact me about one that she purchased and I was going to replace but Zazzle took care of it. This shouldn't have to be a process any of us have to do, us or Zazzle.

I don't think my customers or myself would like the color added to the background. When I go in I make sure that the designs is past where it should be but for some reason it is just the 15x20 that is having the issue. I always do the 20x30 first then check each one to make sure there are no white borders.

OH YES on the this size option and I have requested that to Zazzle for another reason. BUT we shouldn't be having the issue with the 15x20 if they are set from the start before hitting the Post it!

I make sure that my DPI for every design is right and I have not ever gotten the yellow sign that the image is to small since I have figured out the sizing and DPI when I first started.

I so appreciate you taking the time to try to help.

There has been no resolution to this issue. I am having to go in to all of my designs and correct and fill just the one size 15x20. This just isn't right. Someone explain to me why it isn't all of them. JUST the one size. How to fix this issue.

I have even had one paper AFTER I listed it at 18lb tissue paper and all sizes, end up a 10lb tissue paper and not all sizes like the 20x30. THERE is no way I would ever offer a 10lb and not all sizes.

Can someone send me in the right direction of who can help me with this matter. I am at a loss. Until then I will continue I guess to correct each and everyone of them. I will do it for my customers because they don't want the white borders.

thank you
