Access to this page has been denied

I'm not able to login to the site for about 20-24 hours now. Once it seems to be "successful" it takes me to the

"Access to this page has been denied. Press & Hold to confirm you are a human (and not a bot)."

I follow through with that and it keeps telling me I failed. It's been about 2 days that it started doing that. At first it was so occasionally that it wasn't a big deal. It only happened on some pages but I'd be able to wait a minute and it'd go away. Now it's impossible to login anywhere. Even here.

  • I reloaded/refreshed Firefox. Tried IE. Don't use Chrome.
  • I don't have ad blocker on.
  • I paused my firewalls.

Sometimes it appears it's letting me in, but then it will quickly switch to the Access denied page.

Have you —-cleared your cache AND cookies, then reboot your computer?

Indeed. Already done did! And that didn't work, but I do appreciate the response. Thank you! 😍

Sorry to hear about your issue. I've had this "Press and hold" thing repeatedly, also WHILE LOGGED IN.
I sent an email to Zazzle about that, but they did not think it was an issue. It was a nightmare for me though while building a new website with having to check lots of links (this clicking lots of links in that case may have triggered it). At the moment it seems to be calmer for me (fingers crossed). Hope it will soon all work fine for you!

I couldn't reply before, but now it seems to be working. I was pulling out my hair. Being obsessively on Zazzle keeps me from other (negative) vices.

Hmmmm... If this is true, I don't know if Zazzle is going to like it. Apparently it's somehow related to my IP address? I turned on my VPN and now it's working. After almost 24 hours. But I'll keep y'all updated.

@Fharryn  Interesting what you say about VPN. I have been having lots of problems with email and internet, and it took me forever to figure out it was caused by VPN (iTop VPN, strongly vote against it, awful). I just did a small test, with VPN on, and indeed press and hold. But not as intense as it was before.
Off topic: I just saw that security experts now warn against using VPN, as it is actually a privacy threat. (huh?)
Never a dull moment in cyber world.

Yeah, I have issues with the VPN on a lot of sites. I typically try to only use it for getting outside the country. I just randomly saw it on my BitDefender app and thought I'd try it on this issue. I never would have thought it'd be an actual solution.

I have a separate completely unrelated business on Shopify and I ended up having to block a lot of VPN services because I was getting a lot of bots, website scrapers, and credit card fraud from other countries through VPN's.  It's kind of a bummer because I'm sure I am also losing legitimate VPN users, but the risk of allowing was outweighing the benefits. 😞

After having to go back and forth for the last couple days between using a VPN (the bitdefender vpn that comes with my yearly subscription) and my IP, it finally seems to have cleared up.

I never had the problem on the VPN, but prefer my IP b/c of other issues with VPNs. I kept trying to switch back to see how it responded. After 12 hours-ish with no issues, it appears to be cleared up. I will come back to this thread if I have any more occurrences.
