I just noticed the announcement about the new layer selection feature and perhaps this is why but today just out of the blue I can't select any layers UNLESS i click on the hide layer visibility icon (eye) first. I have to toggle the eye off then back on and the layer is selected. Is this a bug, anyone notice it? It's really frustrating, I've tried 2 different browsers Firefox and Edge but the same is happening in both.
