baby jersey bodysuit mockup

The baby jersey bodysuit mockup stretches the design vertically.  It's most evident when you apply a circle design...the mockup will make it look oval.  Can something be done?  Thank you!!

I just noticed the same thing when trying to place a design on a toddler T-Shirt, Baby-T-Shirt, & Baby Jersey Bodysuit so I tried the Kid's Tee... same thing.  Funnily enough, out of curiosity I then tried placing just a circle from 'Elements' onto an Adult Tee and again saw that it looked slightly oval in some of the the mocked up preview images (the ones with the models wearing the garment) - looks OK on the Adult Tee 'product only' mock-up (no model).  Anyhow, it's more noticeable with the toddler/baby/kid's clothing.

Again, it's really noticeable with a circular design.

Be great if this could be resolved—thanks.

I'm noticing this too on the toddler shirt! I uploaded my custom design (which is a circular design) and it's displaying as a skewed oval. Is there a fix for this?

Hey @create24,

No update on this yet. Sorry about that.

Was this issue ever resolved? I ordered a bunch of baby clothes a while back and the designs all came out elongated.  I have been ordering my baby and toddler clothes elsewhere ever since.

Hey @vardaart,

Sorry to hear about the issues with your order. If you contact support@zazzle.com a member of the team will be more than happy to help.

I have checked in with our team to see if there are any updates on having this issue corrected.

It's been this way for a few years now. I never reported it because it seemed as though there were always more pressing issues that needed to be taken care of.

I do mostly kid and baby stuff, so it's a pressing issue for me.... 🙂

Thanks, Mark, I can see from these posts that I am not the only one experiencing this issue, and that it has been going on for years. Maybe time to get a new manufacturer for the toddler/baby clothes? It's a pretty big deal. I have tried to make my designs unusually wide so that the order comes out like I want, but then when the designs are transferred onto other products they look ridiculous. Thanks for checking into it.

@vardaart I don't think it has anything to do with the final product. I'm quite sure it's the mockup that's skewed. When your design is transferred, it's the artwork you uploaded that gets transferred, not the Zazzle generated mockup. And if inside the design tool your artwork looks the way you want it to, then transferring is a non issue.
