Backend Sort Is Off - Showing New Items Instead Of Most Sold

In addition to the other current issues. The backend sort is off, although probably related to the duplicate problem?  I can search for a certain keyword, and then sort by 'most orders' but instead of the actual results by most orders, some of my newer made products (I believe they are actually duplicates of new products) show first. Then the actual 'by order' show up, then goes to more new products (but not including the newest ones, that are still missing from the backend).

Sorting is completely broken.  It’s not just a sort problem with Most Sold. All of the other sorts also show Newest products.

Same issues as Jophb and all others replies. Items designed are showing up sporadically in management end. The gltches are making it too difficult to work today, June 4, 2025. I am going to wait a day and hope Zazzle fixes all tech issues by tomorrow.
