Can't Delete Old Shops, Products Under Review

I have 3 old shops that I am trying to delete, but it still shows I have products in the shops, which I do not. I do have products under review from years ago in 1 of the shops. Is there anyway Zazzle can delete these products under review for me, so I can delete the old shop?

Sorry to hear about this issue.

Can you send on a screenshot of the error message that appears when you try to delete the stores? I have checked on all three stores and you have no products.

For Baby Boutique and test you should be able to delete these. For Military Tees, you still have categories and subcategories you will need to delete before being able to delete the store.

This is the error message I get when I try to delete the categories in militarytees. I can not delete any of the categories. I do have some products under review for this shop. They have been under review for years.

I didn't know we can delete old stores? How do you do that?

Go to my account, click on manage all stores & then click on show all stores. There will a small trashcan beside each store, click on the trashcan and delete the store. Make sure the store has no products and all categories are deleted, before you try to delete the store.

I’m having the same problem with one of my unwanted stores. It DID have a few old products in it, but I deleted them, along with all the categories, and still got the same message. So I contacted Customer Service, and I’m waiting for them to look into it.
