Can't find new collection I just created

I just created a new collection, filled out all the info and clicked "Done" to save it and I can't find it anywhere to begin adding items to it. It just took me back to the collections tab. It's not showing in the back end of my store or under my member profile.

Since you just created it, the indexer has probably not spidered it yet. May take a few days to show up, or may show up in the next day. Might have to wait awhile and be patient. One other thing you can do is log out and back in to zazzle. See if that prompts it to show up, but not likely. And try closing your browser/clearing history to jiggle it. Short answer tho is that collections are having funky attitudes right now. So patience is fundamental.
Thought about it further and maybe it did not save after you clicked done. Yesterday I was employing an exercise in extreme futility while attempting to rearrange my collections. Finally gave up. It’s similar to playing the worst video game ever.

Yeah I was wondering if things are slow/need to index, but I've never had that happen before with a new collection. I've always been able to see it in the back end right away to add a cover if desired and add items to it - just not visible in the public view until after indexing. I thought clicking "Done" was saving it? When I did that it took me right back to the Collections tab but the new collection wasn't there as it usually is. Weird.

I just checked my uncooperative bunch of collections. After you click new and fill everything in, then your options are cancel or done. You clicked on ‘done’, and then you should have gotten the new collection, instead you got nothing but frustration. They should rename it the frustration button. I guess it’s like the old military cliche, hurry up and wait. (for your collection to show up)

Yeah - it still hasn't shown up - hopefully just a one-off weird glitch. I didn't want to recreate it and end up with duplicate but I guess that's what I'll try.

I just created a collection and had no problems. I am not sure what I may have done differently than other Zazzlers. Many have reported this problem, but mine is showing and I was able to add products. I did set a default store for this collection, not sure if that helped or not.
I also do Postcrossing!

Yeah - I've never had this problem before either. I did set a default store (only have one). I guess I'll just try recreating it and delete the prior one if it ever shows up.
