cannot delete cover, cannot complete contact to zazzle

The above product contains a cover image(made in the early days) which is the wrong version of the card.

I cannot seem to delete it from the media manager, since it doesn't even show there. The incorrect cover image is the one with a pen and textured blue/green background.

2. I tried to complete a contact qeury, but couldn't complete it due to ther being no captcha image showing, so it wouldn't accept it to send.

Pretty sure it's because the image you're trying to delete is set to be the cover image for the collection - Whatever you've set as the collection cover will show up in that spot for all products in the collection. Try going to the collection back end and deleting it there.
