Cannot read messages

Hi! I already reported the issue but have to wait for the answer and maybe someone else had that problem? I received the message and cannot access it because of the pop-up asking to confirm my identity with the phone number. At the same time, my shop seems incomplete, asking me to provide a name and profile picture which was there before. Has anyone experienced anything like that? I am losing a client as we speak and I would prefer to solve it ASAP.

Thank you for the clarification. It seems that's the only way to access my messages then. I just hope that as European creator, I won´t be charged a leg and arm for that SMS;)

Hi Scott! Just one more question! Since today I have also been getting another pop-up, this time when I want to access my page, even when I am logged in. Pless and hold to prove you are a human. The problem is, that it doesnñt work as another pop-up appears saying there is a connection issue. Is it another security feature from Zazzle or am I just unlucky?

I have the same issue with messages, tried to fix it that way but I'm not receiving SMS. I tried it several times, it never comes. Is there an alternative way, to receive the code via email?
