Cannot Upload Images

Trying to insert a Snip & Sketch jpg image from my computer of products to put on the category photo and keep getting this error. I used Chrome and Edge browsers.ZAZZLE-SERVER-ERROR.png

I just added an image to the category and it worked fine! Must have been a glitch that day. All set.

I could be wrong but I think snip and sketch only works when adding an image to the design tool for a product.

You could just create any product - then add it that way - it would then appear in your images and then you can add it to a category? Long way round but could work

I don't think I explained this as well as I could have. It's just a jpg. I tried other jpgs, I shouldn't have even mentioned Snip and Sketch, it's just when I was trying to add media, a jpg image to my candle category, it didn't work. I will try again some other day. Thanks!

Hi Joanna,

I will try adding a different jpg image to my category tomorrow and see if this error pops up. I'll let you know, one way or the other. Thanks!

HELP!  I've been having the same issue for about a week now. To upload a category picture I go into the product, hit "download" and select a product view. I get the same msg every time as the others got.  I've been using the  "download artwork" one to at least put the design on the category. It's a royal pain to have to keep trying to see if it's working. Please help!

@digizazzleit  You need to make sure you rename the file that you download.  As you are downloading the artwork, you could easily already have a file uploaded with that same name already stored in your images which is why you may be getting errors. Zazzle doesn't like duplicate names in the images I've found.

That's not the issue. I went in and shortened all my titles or changed them and I still can't upload them to make them store categories.  Thanks for your input though!

Perhaps the images are too big? It says in the help file that they need to be 324 x 324 but that seems pretty small.
