Categories and Sub Categories not showing on Public Store front

When I am logged in to Zazzle, my products show up under the correct categories and sub categories.  When I look at the public storefront I get an error message.  Also, we I am not logged in and just go to https://www.zazzle.com/store/crazyforgardening, I get an error message.  I looked at other public store fronts and have no problem seeing the categories and subcategories and products.  How do I fix this?

@Crazy4Gardening

Have your categories and sub categories been created within the last few days?  If so, site indexing has not caught up with the categories you've created.  With all things Zazzle, indexing takes time.  In good times indexing can take 24 hours... in bad times it can take a week or longer...  Most of the time indexing occurs between those two time frames.  What you are describing does sound like an indexing issue.  Continue designing and in a few days the changes you've made will appear.  Zazzleing does require a heap of patience...lol.

If after 4 or 5 days you are still not seeing the categories then it could be a glitch of some sort...

The other possibility is that you have your store set to hidden.  Explore your store settings and there is a way to change it over to public.  I forget the exact steps so forgive me for not providing a step by step on this one...

Thank you for your response.  I recently created  the categories and subcategories and then moved my store products to them.  Maybe it was too many at once.  I will be patient!

Everyone is having the issue it sounds like. Guessing you are getting this page when you click the products page from public storefront view? Hopefully it will be a fast fix! Would love to start promoting a new shop of mine. >_<

Yes.  I would suggest not moving a bunch of products at once. It seemed to slow down the indexing.
